You can include a gift card message in the space provided on our order form.  Please limit your saying to 80 characters.

You can place an order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.   If you need to contact us directly, our office hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm EST.  You can leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours.  You can also email us with any questions at flavor@flavorohio.com.

The packaged food items stay fresh for 6-9 months.  We make our baskets once an order is placed–no assembly line.

If you provide us with a valid e-mail address, you will receive an automated e-mail notification when your order ships, a UPS tracking number and delivery confirmation.

If your order has not yet shipped, we would be more than happy to make any changes or cancel the order.

When your destination city is greater than 70 degrees we add an ice pack for our buckeye candy.  If they go in a basket we may have to do a substitution of equal or greater value. During the summer months it is wise to choose second or next day air for delivery based on destination.  The Flavor of Ohio is not responsible for melted candy. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the contents of the package are stored in a refrigerator promptly after delivery.

We ship UPS ground unless otherwise indicated.  UPS does not ship to PO boxes.   For PO Boxes, APO/FPO we ship through the Post Office and there is an extra charge

All our products are available for shipping anywhere in the US but we do not ship internationally.

An address correction fee of $25 will be charged to offset the costs of correcting and rerouting a package.  This fee will be charged whenever an incorrect street address is entered, apartment/suite number is missing or incorrect or any other discrepancy for the address.  If a package is returned to us because of undeliverable address that you provided, you will be billed for reshipment.  Please make sure that all information is correct and up to date.

No, we do not accept returns on food items.  If it is something you will not eat we suggest donating it to a food bank.

Please click on our shipping policy link which is located at the very bottom of our home page.  It will give you a UPS shipping map that helps you determine how long your gift will take to get to its destination. Any order placed before noon EST on Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays, we can ship the same day 99% of the time.  Please let us know if a gift has to be delivered on a certain date.  We usually do not ship on Fridays if it contains chocolate so that it does not have to sit in a UPS warehouse over the weekend.

We will call you and let you know what the estimated waiting time will be.  It is usually no longer than 5-7 business days.

We will place a claim with the courier and once the claim has been completed a refund or reshipment will be offered.   All claims must be submitted within 3 days of the gift basket being received.  No exceptions. APO/FPO deliveries and oversea orders are not subject to loss claims. You ship these orders at your own risk.
