to The Flavor of Ohio will be kept strictly confidential. We will not distribute,
sell, rent or loan any information regarding our customers to any third party.
Substitutions
We reserve the right
to substitute another basket or container of equal or greater value, if item
is not available. Basket sources and designs can change due to availability. We
make every effort to ensure the products we feature on our web site are always
available, but in some cases this is not possible. The Flavor of Ohio
reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value. If
you specifically want a certain product, please let us know via e-mail or phone.
Shipping
We ship ground UPS and use
a local courier for all local deliveries. Rates vary due to location,
zone and weight. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses through
UPS but call us for quotes through Parcel Post. Requests for 3 day
select, 2nd day air, and next day air, will be quoted upon request. Local
deliveries to surrounding suburbs and downtown Cleveland will be made Monday
through Friday between the hours of 10am and 5pm. Penalty fees for
incorrect addresses will be charged.
Our Guarantee
We are proud of our
gift designs and if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact
us immediately. Each one of our gift baskets is packed with special care to
ensure they are received in excellent condition. During hot weather, we normally
do not ship products containing chocolate but will substitute with other quality
products.
